Excellent

I can usually come up with some constructive criticism but in this case I cannot. I really like this one because it is unlike anything I've heard before. The only thing I can say to make it better is maybe change up the melody, however, all of the little changes you add throughout the song makes up for it. Excellent.

Good but...

I liked it very much, however, it was your choice of sounds that I did not like. For some reason the bass really bothered me. It just really didn't fit the song at all. I loved the intro especially because of all of the great transitions. I get the feeling that you put all this effort into the intro and then once you finally got to the melody you had this "Lets get it over with" feeling. When the main melody comes in it's only the melody on top of a really distracting bass. I would suggest adding something in the middle. I did like it, however, when you added the piano.

I might have to lower the volume on the bass I guess. It was meant to be a Hardstyle song so thats why it sounds the way it does, bass and synth.

Insane

The piano composition is beautiful and the beat is sick. I'm definitely gonna favorite this one. The transition you made around 2:35 was not that great in my opinion though, and the I don't think the vocals helped much either.

I loved the intro though, and the ending was beautiful with the piano.
I think this deserves more like a 9.5 but newgrounds will not let you do that :(

Hey this is so much better than the original.
You finally added some variety!
It's not just the same melody repeating over and over again.
Well...actually it is but all of the small changes you made throughout the song make up for it.

I don't really know if the synth you added around 2:00 was good or bad. I'll let you decide.

One thing I forgot to mention in my last review was that the bass was great as well.

Maybe you could give me advice on one of my songs sometime?

Hey, glad you liked this one more! The changes were actually made by my friend DJ Derrick. You should check his page out, he has some good music, he scored top 30 this week too.

The synth gives it a more techno-ish feel. The guy makes the best synths I have heard. It was an example for me, showing me what I should add to my songs to make them sound better, and obviously, i should because a majority like this one more.

Just those small changes make a big difference.

Hey It's me again

Hey great song this time.

Suggestions:

It's short and sweet. Perfect for a loop but I definitely think you could make this into a song.

What I think would make this really awesome would be if you were to get a better kick. I don't really know but the kick kinda has an ethnic (wrong word?) feel.

I really like the short intro with the gunshots, what sounds like a car speeding out of control, and the scratch.

What did you use for the strings?

The strings were a preset in Nexus. If you have it and wanna know which, message me.

I was thinking EXACTLY the same about the kick after I made it, haha. :P I was too lazy to change it.

It took me a while to find the car sound, and to EQ it to fit. I'm not much of a rap person, or I would make a full song.
